Abstract This collection documents the career of Dr. Takeo Kanade, the U.A. and Helen Whitaker Professor at Carnegie Mellon School of Computer Science. Kanade joined the faculty of CMU in 1980, and later served as director of The Robotics Institute from 1992 to 2001.
